Dear Parents, Welcome to UMKA! At our language and early learning center, you’ll find the following educational opportunities for your kids:
- Full language immersion: all of our instruction is in the language of learning: Russian or Ukrainian. More languages are to be introduced in the future!
- We truly love our children and accept them the way they are, providing them with the emotional comfort they need as if they were at home.
- Our teachers and caregivers with a vast experience working with children strive for a well-rounded educational growth of your children.
- Some of the best-in-class and innovative teaching methods are used in language learning for kids 2.5 y.o. - 15 y.o.
- Classes are held regularly and cover a wide variety of areas based on the interest level and the need of your child, such as reading/writing, math, speech development, arts, music, PE, and others.
- We take a great care of the physical comfort and safety of our children.
- All of our classrooms well-lit with natural lighting.
- Our preschool kids tend to sleep up to 2 hours each day in clean and comfortable beds. There’s no need to bring your own mattress like at a regular day-care center.
- There’s a large outdoor playground fenced from all the sides for safety.
- Lastly, what makes us truly unique is that we serve tasty, healthy, and home-made food for our full-time preschool students! We bake everything at our kitchen in-house. You won’t find food for kids like that anywhere else!
